1.0 We have been dealing with this bank for about a year. What’s different about this bank is the personal service, friendly and professional staff. I’m not kidding..
2.0 Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I guess the best way of describing the service is, when I leave the bank I feel these people really want my business. I would recommend this bank to everyone.
3.0 Have had the card for 6 months post bankruptcy due to family court battle. They were the first card to offer me a credit line without all the different fees. I just got my automatic credit line increase as well. I’ve already been approved for better reward cards with other companies but I think I’ll keep them because they were there when nobody else was. Hands down Matrix Bank credit card is the best way to rebuild your credit just use the credit responsibility.
4.0 Honestly one of my favorite credit cards I’ve ever had. Started out with the double your line offer they had a few years ago and I’ve had it ever since. They’re constantly giving credit increases without even having to ask. App is real easy to use. Now it’s my second highest credit card limit. Recommend to anyone rebuilding or starting out or even just a credit card to have.
5.0 I have a visa card through this bank. Customers service, when needed us always friendly and quick to handle any issues I may have. Payments are flexible and my interest rate isn’t terrible.
6.0 Matrix Bank credit card has been a really decent card. It doesn’t offer reward points or anything but it is a good card to have. Make ur payments on time and they increase the credit limit every so often.
7.0 I have been with this bank for about 14 years now and I have built up an excellent credit reputation with them. Also with the credit limit increases it helps my credit score a lot. It’s a pleasure having you for my credit card needs.
8.0 I have made several purchases with my Matrix Bank card over the Holidays. I didn’t think I needed another M/C but, it came in handy again and again. Thanks, MATRIX BANK!
9.0 Out of all the years with Matrix, I have not had any balance miscalculations, and the customer service is excellent. Also, they have shown me that they show appreciate me as a card member.
10.0 They took a chance on giving me a card I had terrible credit. Even though I’m running a high balance I still appreciate the service.
11.0 I can’t complain about anything really. They have treated me very well. I pay my bill on time every month. I have been with them for a few years now a they are my go to card. I just wish the interest rates were lower but hey can’t win them all. Thank you
